If, in a rare instance, you find a damaged item in your order, please call our customer service as soon as possible. If it is determined that we are responsible for the damage to your garment, will provide you a credit to the original form of payment for the fair value of that garment, as explained in the American National Standards Institute National Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products.

Best dry cleaner I’ve been to. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. I had two jerseys covered in years of blood, food, dirt, and whatever else that now look brand new. They were super quick and cheap. They have a parking lot as well.
I pulled one of my long time favorite satin dresses out of my closet to wear for my birthday. Unbeknownst to me, there was a 10 year old white wine stain on it! I brought the dress in, sheepishly, and asked if anything could be done. I got a call a few days later and apparently dry cleaning it wasn’t cutting it so they asked for my permission to wet clean it. To my joy, they were able to take the stain out and the dress looks brand new! I’m extremely happy with the communication and professionalism. I highly recommend coming here!
